7 steps to employment
STEP ONE
A team of project managers will be assigned to identify qualified candidates that meet client requirements. LoDo Networks' project managers are experienced IT and Telecommunication engineers, technicians, and staffing professionals.
STEP TWO
Our project managers are trained to technically qualify candidates over the phone and are responsible for conducting the initial interview. Following the first screening, the candidate will be presented with information regarding the prospective position and company.
STEP THREE
Our project managers understand the importance of screening for skills that are indicative of a candidate’s success in that role. In order to ensure that a candidate is right for the job, a project manager will pose multiple situational and behavioral scenarios.
STEP FOUR
The candidate will undergo a technical interview conducted by a LoDo Networks technical consultant. Each candidate is required to answer position-specific questions posed by consultants to ensure technical skills and knowledge.
STEP FIVE
The project manager will conduct professional reference checks. This is a critical component of our recruiting process. We require 3 professional references dating back to a maximum of 2 years.
STEP SIX
The candidate is presented for and interview. LoDo Networks placement rate is better than ninety-percent. Client hiring managers will not waste their time with candidates who do not meet all of the requirements.
STEP SEVEN
A background check, drug screen, and DMV report, if applicable, will be performed pending a job offer. Candidates will be required to pass screens compliant with client policies and procedures.
